Inconsistent premiums

I feels like they are running a **** business as what you sign for is not what you get, when l joined l was sold dreams and l thought finally l found a medical aid that will be helpful not knowing l was in for a nightmare. My monthly payment was R2641 when l joined, January l missed a payment on the debit order date and l communicated asked for banking details and my balance was informed to pay R4669,83 which l did think ok maybe they included the February payment, but no to my surprise am told no you owe R3314 for February payment, l asked where my R4669,83 went towards and what made my premium increase from R2641 to R4669,83 than R3314 yet l got no response am being ghosted. I wonder what will happen if I need medical assistance as my account has been suspended and no response from them regarding my questions about the ever changing premiums or what happened to the amount paid which was over the agreed amount. All forms of trying to get assistance have been met with silence from there end. I will never recommend anyone to join their medical aid as they operate like ****mers and from my experience l believe they are.
