Inconsiderate Medical Scheme

I'm very disappointed with FedHealth. They rejected my application to move from Flexifed 1 to Flexifed 2. My life changing event was that I fell pregnant and was 13 weeks when I reported. They told me I didn't report this within 30 days of finding out. Yet when 1 of their consultants was advertising for them at my workplace , this piece of information didn't seem relevant. I was hospitalized whilst around 8 weeks pregnant. I contacted whilst in hospital to upgrade my option, once again the consultant didn't bother to inform me on the '30 day rule', I was simply told to complete the forms I was given and submit with proof of pregnancy. I've submitted my termination forms and I'm sad to say another friend will also be terminating their contract with FedHealth. She and her husband have also been shown flames by the scheme!!
