*********** service

I am so annoyed with the level of service received from Fedhealth this year. I was asked to supply proof of my daughter being a varsity student. I duly did and emailed the letter. I got another request.... so I did so again and received a reference. Then last night I get a letter stating that I never submitted the letter and she will be excluded. The service is non existent. When I tried to call i was on hold for 40 minutes and then gave up. I have been on Fedhealth for the last 10 years and never experienced such *********** service. I am looking at leaving this scheme.
