I have requested that the shortfall be paid from my savings. To date i have no feedbac****!. The radiologists keep asking fir payment. I followed all procedures. Money in savings is mine but fedhealth is not paying the shortfall from my savings. I WILL NOT BE HANDED OVER BECAUSE OF THE INCOMPETENCE OF FEDHEALTH STAFF. if i do not receive a response, i will go to the ombudsman.

I keep calling in and still no one can resolve this issue.
