*********** Fedhealth

Lancet have once again submitted an invoice to Fedhealth with correct ICD10 codes which part should be paid out of PMB but Fedhealth keep on rejecting the claim saying the ICD 10 code is incorrect. I even highlighted the ICD code on the invoice for Fedhealth but it is still rejected. Sick of this, any excuse not to pay. Must Lancet change their whole billing system to accommodate Fedhealth - I don't think so!!
