*********** and Rude

This unbelievably *********** organisation is impossible to deal with. My 88 year old very ill and frail mother has medical aid with Fedhealth. I need power of attorney to administer this for her. Despite submitting the relevant form on 5 occasions this useless company has done nothing and rudely instruct me to "provide a reference number" for my power of attorney. They have NEVER processed the form and have NEVER sent a reference number!

In addition my mother's online access to the Family Room has the WRONG membership number on her profile so claims can never be viewed as the system repeatedly returns nothing saying there is no information for this membership number - it's because it is the wrong number. Repeated requests to fix this and link the correct membership number to her profile has never been done and has led to emails saying "your issue has been resolved" when in fact it has not been resolved at all and remains incorrect.

Pathetic organisation with extremely rude and *********** consultants and absolutely impossible to deal with.

Use this organisation at your peril - try Discovery or anyone else but be warned about Fedhealth.
