I totally agree. There is no communication skills. Operators are rude and not listening to the customers concerns. They are quick to suspend the medical aid due to payments that goes off on a debit order. Someone there is not capable of doing their job. Get the right people to run your operations and you will get much better ratings. Just a thought. And the lady who assisted me you need to go learn about people's skills. You definitely have a lack of that.
