They are the worst medical scheme that anyone would want to deal with. They give incomplete information upon on-boarding. The agents are ***********, have been calling for two days to get authorisation only to find out that they have a waiting period which i was obviously not told about. I have been in hospital and now when the doctor is meant to perform surgery they refuse to give us authorisation. I also asked to speak to a supervisor and i held for a whole hour, I wonder if they even do have supervisors at this point. Clearly they do not care about the pain that I am in.
