Incompetence or *****?

Fedhealth, in my opinion, are ********** of the most despicable kind. They embed their ***** right into the claims process and then make their website virtually unusable. They know most people don't check their claims so they pay one or two and reject (or pay from "savings") the rest.

There is no escalation process. If you have a choice - put Fedhealth right on the bottom of the pile.
