Incompetence and pathetic service from Fedhealth Medical Scheme

I qualify for a mammogram on this medical aid. Been struggling to get it paid by Fedhealth. Pathetic. *********** people processing their claims. It's now 60 days and now only have they said they will pay the claim in full. Are their staff not trained well enough to pay their valid claims. Total Incompetence!!!!!!!!

My hubby had to go for back surgery on 4 May. By the Friday the procedure wasn't approved though Fedhealth had all the documents 2 weeks prior to the operation. My hubby had to call them to get approval 2 days before the operation. He was put on hold and then someone quickly arranged approval. They really caused us unnecessary stress and phone calls. Incompetence and pathetic service.
