Income Verification Process pathetic

Every year Fedhealth does an income verification. The Income verification form is extremely standard . It only requests income before deduction. I was asked to submit my payslips and bank statement which I did as it is procedure. After me submitting for this year , my monthly premium increased by R1500 . If they checked my payslip , they would have seen my take home salary is almost R3000 less due to deductions . Also if they checked my debits , they would see I am left with R1200 after deductions . Yet they increased my premium by R1500. This is ridiculous. This is a ******* . Why request my bank statements and payslip if it’s not going to be reviewed . If it was , they would have seen I can’t afford this increase . I will be taking this further .
