Immoral and possible ******* behavior

Absolute revolting how they dupe their clients. The fact that they can change everything about your options with just sending out an "notification email" wrapped as a spam email is absolutely revolting. This change to FlexiFed with this stupid wallet option is truly **************** from there clients. They changed my MSA contribution from R313pm to just R25pm, while still increasing my monthly contributions!! All this without me knowing nor with my permission. I only found out when I terminated my medical aid and they said I owe them money. They only exist to enrich there shareholders and strengthening their bottom line. They couldn't care less about their clients - because in their minds they can do anything by just sending out an email with very small print at the end informing you of their dubious behavior.

Also, they have **********, uninformed client services.

I have submitted a formal complaint to the Council of Medical Aids with regards to their actions.
