Absolutely pathetic service, they have the nerve to remind me about the D2D benefit yet they fail to equip their doctors on how to load the stupid code. 3 months later my benefit hasn’t been loaded because the doc doesn’t know what to do yet they advise you can go to a doc or participating pharmacy. I’m so sick and tired of this ****. I’m not going back to the doc nor am I going for another HRA I did my part now load the ****** thing already. Don’t bother call me I got the silly code and it still didn’t work only person who should call me is a manager at this point and it better be to tell me my benefit has been loaded. Call the doctor and guide him on what to do
