I've resigned from my job and have taken over payment to Fedhealth myself. My employer has deducted my medical aid payment for September and now Fedhealth debited my account with the amount of R3300 for absolutely no reason cos the full amount has been paid by my employer. I want my money refunded. Fedhealth's admin is garbage and I have today given them notice that I will be cancelling my membership in December.
