Ignored direct request, again

I made it very clear and specifically requested to cancel my membership with Fedhealth, specifically because of your customer service, and I see that as usual this was ignored along with every other minor issue that led up to this situation. You should be ashamed at the level of customer service you provide. Cancel my subscription immediately
