If there was 0 stars available for a rating I would choose that. As a broker I deal with a variety of Medical Aids and Fedhealth is hands down the WORST Medical Aid I have ever had to deal with. From something as simple as a bqsic application to a basic claim pay out on maternity benefits they are useless. The worst part is the excuse or reason for the issues or claims rejection depends on the person you talk to. I have had 5 different reasons for one client query. Useless, useless, useless
