If I could give 0 stars, I would! They are terrible!

Fedhealth is the absolute WORST medical aid!!! No accountability in that whole building! I was involved in a vehicle accident and went to my GP. My GP referred me to get xrays. My hubby phoned Fedhealth to confirm this would be covered as well as from which risk this would be covered. My hubby spoke to a Mark Khuzwayo, who advised the xrays will be covered in full. Fast forward a few days and I get a bill from the radiologist. Mind you, this whole circus started on 16 October. We are now more than 2 months later and the bill has not yet been settled. I have spoken to a Thobeka, an Emilio and eventually got put through to a "team leader" Fazlin Peters. Fazlin PROMISED to give me feedback within 24 hours... 2 days later, no feedback! Called back AGAIN to follow up with Fazlin, now she is not available?! A very rude Thobeka has had me on hold for about 10 minutes already and is not assisting at all! DO NOT, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, join Fedhealth! They are quick to take your money, but cannot honor what their "agents" had advised!
