I would not recommend Fedhealth as a service provider

If you are considering a medical aid scratch Fedhealth off your list if you are looking for a Company that responds to queries. I submitted a claim the second only ever in 8 years. Have not had any response despite sending repeated emails. I would suggest moving on from a Company who clearly is more talk than action.
