I received a quote and now the debit is way more

I contacted Fedhealth in December, they gave me a quote of R1500 for a hospital plan for both me and my wife, wich suited me, I accepted it and asked for the terms and conditions to be emailed to me so I could go through it. A month late still no emails and I calles 2ce today and they keep saying the will email but nothing, so I asked what my installment is and they say R2060. How do they quote me R1500 and bill me R2060? I will not pay this as I agreed to R1500 as our recorded agreement stated. Please fix it as I will not cansel my either. Conrad Jonk I'd ***.
