I pay Fedhealth over R25000 a year. They gave me R450 for my eye test.

<p>I went to have my eyes tested for the first time in years. I went through the test and got my quotes for my new glasses. They quote came to about R5000. The company then called Fedhealth to see what I could claim. Fedhealth said they could give me R450. This is obviously complete ********** It is only the end of February and they won't give me anymore money. I want to know where all the money I pay is going to. I pay an exorbitant fee to them and have given me ********** <p>Last year I found out that they had been paying for my PMB doctor's visits with my day-to-day savings. When I discovered this they suddenly apologised and reimbursed me for their "error". I am still not entirely sure that they were just taking a chance on me not finding out about it. How many other people has this happened to?</p> <p>I don't want to hear that I am out of day-to-day savings becuase it is only the end of February and I have been to the doctor once. </p> <p>What am I actually paying for? If I just saved the money I have to pay these people every month I could actually cover my expenditures. I am getting nothing. I want my glasses and visit actually paid for.</p> <p> </p>
