I have sent an email and till today No one has called.

On the 21 September 2017 I took my son to my nominated GP and I was told if we only see a nominated family GP my medical aid savings won't be billed. I have sent an email on the 27/09/2017 together with the confirmation email from Fedhealth advising that My doctor's info has been updated. To my surprise the email I have received says that my GP is not registered on Fedhealth network. I am confused now because I don't know if the person that works with doctors claim does S/He knows all the doctors who are at their network.
