I HATE fedhealth, moved my entire family over and NO COVER.

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I wish to log a complaint about the waiting period on my medical Aid.</p> <p>I cannot express my HATE for fedhealth at the moment via email and how I am being *****ed over financially.</p> <p>I regret moving my entire family over to my medical aid, if I new there was going to be a 3 month waiting period. I could have just kept them on the medical aid they are on.</p> <p>Apart from paying the bills manually, I had to pay a MASSIVE premium only to be not covered when I needed a medical aid. I could have just not have a policy with you and paid it manually anyways.</p> <p>The sad thing is that they were on a medical aid at Discovery and would have been covered for these expenses.</p> <p>I am not a fan of Fedhealth anymore and will advise anyone to remain with Discovery.</p> <p>On top of that I was not informed of any waiting periods to be app****, I would have not moved over.</p> <p>If you cannot resolve my issue I have no option than to cancel my medical aid with you and we all move back where my wife and kids did not have a waiting period and where we would not have been *****ed over by you financially.</p> <p> </p>
