I give up on Fedhealth , bring on the NHI it cant be worse

Once again I must resort to HelloPeter to highlight the useless reaction to emails from Fedhealth.It seems as though any email that requires any amount of thought just gets dumped . I even tried abusive language to get a response but NOTHING , they just try dodge any payment possible
