I don't want to talk to another robot...
Strongly would advise against making use of Fedhealth or joining their network. All is fine and well untill you require any support from the medical aid. One could email them if your query only needs to be addressed in 14 -20 (and counting) days, you could call them but if you were hoping to speak to a human being within 10 minutes, you are mistaken. As this is not unrealistic for medical aids perhaps I should clarify: After ten minutes you will still be on a call menu somewhere typing in your membership number for the upteenth time and will be 'helped' by their kind robot assistance, and if it is anything even the slightest out of the ordinary please do not expect to have any luck whatsoever in being 'helped' by their on call service. Then you can contact them online where you will be helped by someone with presumably a very low reading comprehension (Shout out to Brad from the Fedhealth online chat) who will proceed to advise you to call the call centre even if it is after four and they will be closed. I have spent the whole day looking to address this query, after emails dating from beginning October and so far I haven't had a single conversation with a human being aside from Brilliant Brad and few automated email responses. For those of you on fedhealth I hope you never have to use it and wish you only good health and the utmost patience.
