I do not know why I am still with Fedhealth
I am not sure why I still tolerate this ****ty Medical Aid scheme. My mom has been embarrassed at the optometrist twice now because of the incompetence of your staff. I transferred money from the stupid Vault system into my wallet but when my mom goes into the dr's office, they say there are no funds available when funds are there. This is completely frustrating
