I detest Fedhealth

If you are looking to increase your bloodpressure for free, join Fedhealth. Then, try to engage their Whatsapp "help" line. Trust me, you have never encountered anything more annoying and frustrating in your entire life!! Oh and before you ask, forget about it. You can not speak to a human on the phone. Noooo. They hide behind whatsapp while telling you about their reasons for taking your money. And dont get me started on their premium or plan structure!!! They bamboozle you into agreeing to an insanely expensive premium for whatever plan you can afford only to find out it does not actually help you pay for anything in your day to day life. You need to be dead or dying to use the benefits your premium is going towards. Want to see the doctor for something like a sprained knee? Now you have to "access your medi vault" (sounds so fancy, doesnt it?) which means they "give" you "savings" to pay for the doctor but...oh wait for it...YOU HAVE TO PAY PREMIUMS FOR THAT TOO NOW!! So now you are paying your regular premium PLUS the medi vault premium.... Oh and also - dont even think your "chronic" benefits last the whole year! My final month of 2025 I had to pay out of pocket for my chronic meds because apparently you can only have high blood pressure and anxiety (no doubt caused by Fedhealth) for 11 months of the year. How dare you continue to have a chronic condition all year long??
