Well done for being so persistent – (not really) We were looking to change medical aids after about 20 plus years – but !!!! You need to single handily congratulate yourself for completely stuffing up any chance of Fedhealth ever getting my business. Your lack of response and interest in me as a potential customer astounds me in a tight economy such as the one we are in in south Africa. We specifically requested that another agent contact us – anyone but you – and they ignored us. On the research – I see Fedhealth is anything but the leading change company in the medical Aid industry but another shallow money grabbing bunch doing the same old thing . do yourself a favour and review your **** status on Hello Peter (yes consumers do check up on you) when I saw that it was run away as far as you can.

I wish your CEO would take the time to read this – you just threw away an absolute cash *** – I have been on a medical aid for more than 20 years and hacve never even used it for a hospital visit – so my current medical aid has made plenty out of me . Please stop sending your ******* to me – I will never join Fedhealth – even if it was the only medical aid in existence Hope its only a matter of time before your company folds"
