I am not a doctor nor do I have a photograpic memory

<p> Hi</p> <p>My member number is ********** 9930</p> <p>I had an HBA1C done but it was paid from my savings not from my CHronic.</p> <p>I am a chronic type 1 diabetic?</p> <p>***.402016/06/23Hba1cDU BUISSON, BRUINETTE, KRAMER INCKKI25934PAID</p> <p> </p> <p>I did send an email to customer care and they simply came nack saying that the wrong icd10 code was used?????</p> <p> </p> <p>How am I supposed to know which icd10 code to use and how must the doctor know what icd10 code to use.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this treatment very unfair i am not a doctor nor do I have a photograpic memory.</p>
