Hospital Authorization taking forever

Dealing with Fedhealth has been one of my worst experiences ever I have been trying to get hospital authorization for the past 10 days, and they keep telling me they are awaiting information from one of the Dr, and even after the Dr sending the information, they do not communicate, I have to be the one calling and everytime i call i am told about the underwtiting department doing an investigation, it's been 10 days for heaven sake and they claim they get back to people within 8 hers to 3 days. They do not communicate!!! I am starting to think they're trying to find a reason not to approve the claim and give authorization. I am frustrated right now .
