Horrible service from Fedhealth

This is the worst medical aid you can get. They are big *****. I took out my medical aid with not havimg any pre-existing conditions so they told me its immediate cover after 2 months I had pain in my back so I decided to go to casualty all the results came out clear but they decided to put me under investigation. On Wednesday I tried calling them cause they started to annoy my Dr with multiple calls I asked the lady if I should cancel the medical aid and she put me through to cancelations, imagine what horrible service she has. After that I spoke to a lady handling my case she threatened me saying if I don't get the letter grom the Dr by 4pm she will not pay for casualty and she will suspend the medical aid I panicked and went to the Dr with for the letter and sent it to her and she still suspended the medical aid and now because of this review fedhealth will tell you to contact them but won't even tell you who to speak to at the call centre. They are not helpful at all. Please DO NOT GO WITH FEDHEALTH THEY ARE ******** AND *****. They threaten their customers. Their service is horrible. Imagine if im in an accident i can't even go to a private hospital yet I pay for my medical aid in advance.
