Horrible service

Horrible service from Fedhealth Medical Scheme

After submitting my claim and all required documents more than once a month later and I still have not received the money I have claimed for even though they admit that it has been approved. They cant tell me when I will receive the money and they refuse to escalate the matter cause no one can provide more information on the matter.

So I took that as an isolated incident and submitted another query to have a dependent added to medical aid, a week later I call to find out how far that process is only to be informed that my ticket has been closed but no reason has been provided and there was no communication sent to regarding this.

Horrible horrible service, now looking for another medical aid scheme cause clearly I don't have medical aid.
