HORRIBLE MEDICAL AID!!

The WORSE medical aid around. I was at a specialist office on Monday, 2nd March for a consultation and to be booked for an op I need to have done Tuesday 10th March.

Authorisation request was submitted on Monday 2nd March to date, NOTHING. The Dr's room has had no response. How does a medical aid take more than 5 days to authorize a request?

IT BLOWS MY MIND. PITY CORPORATE SA HAS TO SHOVE A MEDICAL AID DOWN YOUR THROAT IF YOUR EMPLOYED BY A CERTAIN COMPANY. DEFINITELY NOT TREATING THE CUSTOMER FAIRLY!!!!!
