Hopeless
This is the most unreliable and hopeless medical aid scheme I have ever dealt with. They send no emails on time neither do they call to say there is a problem but they very quick to suspend my account. When I was with topmed I had the best service. Fedhealth is a useless medical scheme . Very annoyed and very angry . Won’t use them again .
