I previously posted here regarding fedhealth suspending my account even though I had paid the amount requested, I have just hot off of another 15 minute phone call with them trying to activate my account , so once again , I have been uncovered for more that 15 days , when we go to a doctor or pharmacy , we get sent away as our account has been suspended. I am currently reporting this company to the medical ombudsman as a more than 7000 rand installment is paid every month for nothing , I am never covered through no fault of my own . Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic .
