High Copayments a rusk to the sick

In hospital being sick for a week then a procedure needs to be done then copayment must be paid upfront .How when you in the Hospital and hoping medical aid will come through especially when you are in hospital its not a planned procedure where you can save.I feel the slogan of family is not working .I understand that it is a measure for funds not be abused but when someone is hospitilised with chronic chespain and be told sorry the is a R5000 while you sick and in pain now i must go back home with that pain .This is one of the cases where the rules are there to inconvinince the sick and not put them first with high copayments .I am really dussapointed and this just triggers even my mental health .
