Hell of a medical aid ever

I don't know how many time's must I complain and be attended with honest,this medical aid ruin my whole year I regret the Day SANLAM force us to join the Fedhealth the way thing's are so different for the past 15yrs on medical aid first Tim experiencing this. On the 22 July I was given authorisation approval for my admission I went to hospital for a procedure, now Fedhealth rejecting the Netcare hospital claims? On Whats ground as I was on medical aid in July why approved authorisation claimes are rejected my medical aid was suspended on the 1st August because I resign from work but why claim done prior are being rejected? Why did you give the authorization in the first place
