Have to write a review just to get a callback

Can I give O stars??? All I want is a callback. You have two identical menus that we need to go through to get to customer service and then the line keeps cutting out. I have sent several emails with no reply. Dealing with fedhealth has honestly been worse then my child’s critical health conditions. Worst of all is that you make us feel so helpless. Everyone talks off a script, no one listens properly when you do eventually get through.
