HAVE THE WHEELS FALLEN OFF AT FEDHEALTH

I have no idea what is going on at Fedhealth lately but it is becoming very alarming. After taking nearly a month to sort out the medivault/wallet drama, now they are attempting to debit soneone elses account for my medical aid premium, when I a) am not the account holder of this account and b) HAVE NOT ISSUED THEM WITH ANY DEBIT ORDER INSTRUCTIONS. I PAY THEM MYSELF BECAUSE MY MONEY ONLY COMES IN ON THE 5th, been paying them this way for over a year
