Gynecologist

I love fedhealth but I dont understand how they choose specialists. I want to see a gynecologist and my chosen hospital is Midvaal Private Hospital (network) problem is there is no gynecologist on the Network there. The only one who practices there is covered as a GP(as she is registered as a GP but practices as a gynecologist). I asked them should we plan a baby will she be covered as she is a network doctor and I feel that if she is the only one at Midvaal hospital they should be able to cover her. According to them they will only cover GP rates. I just don't understand how she is a network GP If she trades as a gynecologist and how is there no gynecologist there on the network at a network hospital? Also, it is going to cost them the same amount of money as it would have costed to get a gynecologist registered as a gynecologist.... Does not make sense and should be my choice...
