gutted with my policy

i was told by the sales person that if i pick my specific plan and there is an in hospital emergency i would be covered completely.<br> 3 months ago i was rushed into hospital and behold, i am furnished with multiple bills for more than 1 in hospital procedure.<br> absolutely horrified with the amount i am paying \for my whole family "and when there is an emergency <br> i still need to pay"
