Gugu Matroshe-Bango!!

After sending an Authorization request to Fedhealth on the 2nd, 5th and 6th of December, and no response, for a procedure on the 8th December. I was given a runaround and completely frustrating emails advising that it will take 3 days for the auth to be processed because my physician would need to be contacted, all this happening at 2pm, the day before my procedure. A light at the end of my tunnel by the name of Gugu Matroshe-Bango called me just before 4pm advising me that the auth has been approved (***2). The overwhelmed feeling I had caused my emotions to just erupt after our call. And I would just like to thank Gugu for her amazing work ethic. I initially spoke to Bertie Mollentze, who I stopped hearing from, after sending him emails with my physician contact details. Gugu, what you done seems small but trust me, the time and situation I was in, was colossal in my world.
