I recently had bad experience with the Call Centre agents (on four deferent occasions), after nearly giving up and I got a call from Antoinettee Walaza and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment she reached out, I was met with professionalism and a genuine willingness to help.

The support representative was incredibly knowledgeable and had knowledge of my child medical claims, she took time to understand my issue thoroughly and provided clear and concise solution, ensuring I was comfortable with each step before moving forward.

On the other hand I highly recommend that the Call Center agents learn from her on how to resolve issues when clients are in need of need of assistance.
