GP Network Issue

I am having an issue, my wife needs to urgently see a gynaecologist for her pregnancy. But Dr BZ DLAMINI, Practice NR ***, wants R700.00 upfront yet she is on the Fedhealth Network. Why? I need to find out why because the person who makes appointments says the doctor will not see my before this amount is paid?
