Gone and left hospital without procedure - Fedhealth broken promise!

<p>After spending a whole day following up on authorisation for a prosedure, I was promised just before 16:00 yesterday afternoon that authorization was given and that the authorization number will be send to me, the hospital and the doctor's rooms.</p> <p>We are currently sitting at the hospital's reception area. Can not be admitted because NOBODY RECEIVED THE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AS PROMISED!!!!!!!!</p> <p>I am extremely upset and frustrated!!!!!</p> <p>How do you make promises and not keep them and now the patient that needs to be kept calm and taken well cared for is sitting in his wheelchair in a reception area!!!!!!!</p> <p>Totally unacceptable!!!!!!!</p> <p>I cannot stress my disappointment and anger more than this!!!!!!!</p> <p>Lize Duvenhage<br />For Corrie van Wyk<br />Member nr: ********** 8902</p>
