Given Admissions approval than rejecting claims whether I was on flex 1 or flex 4 both cover hospital admissions why you charged me for flex 1 full amount and rejecting the claims. If this must go to court bir ombudsman tell me because you've been playing
I have sent over 5 email for the consultant to emailed the reason Fedhealth didn't pay my Netcare admissions yet you gave the approval beforehand I my medical aid suspended on the 4th of August,why admissions for 23rd July were rejecting? Why I paid R5502 if I was not covered for July? The R5502 is for what if I may ask I am available Thursday & Friday from 10Am_ 12Pm can your agent call me to explain this.

I last contributed on my medical aid IN JULY because it was the end of my work contract I requested fedhealth yo back date my termination to 31 JULY no 31 October I am not working I can't send 1st request 29th August foe medical aid to be terminated being ignored, send again on the 3rd September ignored and send on hello peter on the 11 September you come back with termination written 31 October yet I requested immediate effect as
Because I don't want to pilling up debt of membership fees for something I can not afford. As from July. Y membership is terminated due to non payment so dragging the termination to October is what yet I made it clear with immediate effect from the 1st email so that August, September, October I must be charged membership fee for a service I can't utilize because it suspended? I need my medical aid to ne cancel immediate I have sufferd enough with Fedhealth I ended up leaving employment because of rhus medical aid, I've been on medical aid for 17 yrs I have never experienced what I went through with Fedhealth in discovery, bonitas and bank med kindly do not make mylife difficult again.
Termination must be in pair with the last contribution months or immediate.
