General Bad service and disappointing value

I am a chronic type 1 diabetic, exceptionally well controlled on insulin. I was told by fedhealth to use medirite or medirite direct. The Medirite Direct's website doesn't work so I am now using*** Medirite checkers. I looked at my accounts today and I saw that I am paying a levy. I contacted the call center agents and they said I should only be using medirite direct!!! which is is?<br> If it is only medirite direct then please sort their website out! if you are going to force me to use medirite direct then make sure I can use their services.<br> <br> I am not happy at all.
