Gavin Pretorius services absolutely repulsive. I call and introduce myself i then ask for tye process change a plan. He shouts and says No why would you fo that, I'm like sorry? Stop screaming, he says he needs to shout at me (not talk loudly) because the previous caller couldn't hear him. I told gim yo stop being rude and please explain the process in a calm tone. After going around in circles, he finally explains with a rude tone. I say thank you for the info cam i have your supervisirs details, he says he can't give out personal details, I said I just need a name he says Mannie, I leave my contacts as Manie was apparently not available and doesn't know when he'll be available. I patiently wait, till now.
