funds not available

In January 2019 Fedhealth changed my scheme type. there has been no correspondence about this, and no information given as to how this new scheme works. I have sent several requests to Fedhealth asking for and explanation and for someone to contact me to explain the new scheme. i get a reference number for the query and nothing else. When I go to the chemist for my medication, I get told(message from Fedhealth) that there is no funds available and no money in my wallet, so I have to pay for my medication, even though I know that there are funds available. Someone needs to talk to me and explain what I need to do!!!! NOT IMPRESSED THAT THIS HAS BEEN CHANGED WITHOUT ANY CORRESPONDENCE AND NO RESPONSE FROM MY EMAILS AND MY FUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO ME!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!!!!!! Thanks Irene
