Frustrated with fedhealth

I've been trying to get my new born daughter on my medical aid and fedhealth refuses to help me because I do not have her birth certificate due to the fact that my wife was hijacked and her ID got ****** I have to wait for 8 months for her birth certificate and they refuse to put her on I am so frustrated with them she is already 3 months old and I've been trying so long I've sent them all documentation but still no help its ridiculous
