From frustrated to happy

I would like to commend Nokwanda call centre agent from Fedhealth in resolving my issues, who was respectful and very understanding in dealing with my frustrations she gave excellent client service - query nr (220519QFN3W5), Nokwanda had worked through her tea break and going the extra mile in making sure my issues that were created by other call centre agents incompetency, what she promised she kept to her word and delivered great service from the word go, right to completion of my query and now I can confirm I am a happy client of Fedhealth Med scheme all thanks to Nokwanda and hoping this won’t happen in future and it will be smooth sailing from here on and I wish I could work with her on all my Med aid queries. Well done Nokwanda you need to be PROMOTED!!!!
